Hey Gorgies!
We’re back and talking all things blondes with GLYNT Shadows Plus High-Lifts and Lightening Powders! If you’ve not already checked out parts 1 & 2, why not?! Come back when you’re caught up!
So let's dive in...
Shadows Plus High-Lifts Lowdown:
High-Lifts are for natural hair only and best used on levels 6-8. You can use them on darker levels, but the results will be warmer! High-Lifts can be intermixed only with one another or with Mix Tones for added neutralisation. We’ll cover Mix Tones in another mini blog!
· On and Off Scalp
· Mix Ratio 1:2
· Cream Oxyd 9% for 3 levels of lift
· Cream Oxyd 12% for 4-5 levels of lift
· Apply to dry hair
· Process for 50-60 minutes (the High-Lifts neutralise in the last 10-20 minutes, hence why we say at least 50 minutes processing!)
A handy tip to remember when using High-Lifts: you can use 11.00+ to dilute any of the other High-Lifts if needed!
High-Lift Colour Chart Navigation:
The High-Lift section in the colour chart shows the results on white hair swatches at the top, to showcase the available shades. It then shows swatches on levels 6-8, which can be removed to determine your client's starting level and possible colour results, whether they want warm, neutral, cool or beige tones! It’s hassle-free blonding!
So... that’s if we’re lifting natural hair...what about lightening coloured hair?!
Drumroll please!
