First, head to your app store and search for ‘PROStylists’. Once downloaded, head to the app, then tap on the ‘Account’ icon in the top left-hand corner. Then, enter your email address. If you don’t have an account already, you’ll be given the option to create a new password. If you already have an account, enter your password. And that’s it!

Open the PROStylists App and head to the 'Education' screen. Our In-Person Courses are separated by location under the 'In-Person Courses' section. Find a course you’d like to attend and select it. Here, you’ll find all the info you need for a course. Tap 'Show more' to see all the course details. Tap the 'Buy tickets' button, tap the + icon to add your ticket, then tap 'Next'. Once you’ve filled out the registration form with your details, added any coupon codes and accepted the Event Policies, tap 'Submit' and complete your purchase. You can then download your tickets and add your booking to your calendar. You’ll also be sent an email confirmation for your booking and a link to your tickets. You can also retrieve your tickets at a later date and add them to your Wallet app by heading to the course page and selecting 'View Tickets'.

Open the PROStylists App and head to the 'Education' screen. Scroll down to 'Online Courses' and select a course you’d like to join. Here, you can see more info about a course, including if you’ll receive a certificate and a badge. Hit 'Join' to start the course. Tap on 'Open step details' to begin the course. Once you’ve finished a step, mark it as complete to move to the next step. To view all the steps in a course, tap on the 'Content' tab. Then, select a section to view all of its steps. You don’t have to complete a course in one go. If you head back to the 'Education' screen or 'Home' screen, you can view your progress and continue the course at any time. At the end of the course, you’ll find the 'Complete' section, which contains a short Assessment, Marketing Plan and Downloads for you to use in your salon or on your social media accounts. Don’t worry if you don’t make the passing grade on your assessment, you always have the option to try again! Once you’ve completed a course, you’ll receive an email confirmation as well as a link to your digital certificate. You can also view your certificate by going back to the course and selecting ‘View certificate’ under the 'Rewards' heading. And if you’ve been awarded a badge, it will now be displayed on your Profile.

For most courses, we do not work on Clients/Models - we prefer to work on mannequin heads or other materials like swatches and extensions. We know that it sounds super exciting to be bringing a model, but our mannequin heads are happy for us to do whatever we would like with them! We can colour their hair with the most outrageous, uneven colour or we could cut their hair shorter on one side than the other and there will be absolutely no complaints! We believe that mannequin heads put no limitation on our creativity and passion to experiment with things we wouldn’t normally be so daring to try back in the salon. BUT the fun and banter from the salon is still here! We crank the music up and keep the coffee and sweets flowing while we are all learning and sharing our passion and expertise. We want you to leave full of knowledge, inspiration and with the excitement to come back and see us... You're part of the PROStylists family now!

We didn’t want to be another academy; the PH Group Academy wasn’t giving us the wow feeling we wanted! We had many, many conversations, endless messages and countless hours googling words wondering how we could name our beautiful new space. We started thinking "What do we want someone who is visiting to feel?". We wanted you to feel like you are putting your ‘Out of Office’ on, you're setting aside your own time for personal growth and would be posting cool stuff about YOU on those days - and that is where Out of Salon was born! You are Out of the Salon. This is your day to get away from being behind the chair and responding to booking requests. It's time to have some fun, discover new things, share your passion and reignite your flair. The Studios part came from having multiple rooms available for use! We have our main space downstairs (where we conduct all of our courses) plus several smaller rooms upstairs that are available for meetings or hot-desking!

The idea is to bring you Out of Salon. You may notice that we are not set up to look like a normal salon - we don’t have lots of stations and this is so that we have plenty of space and a different style to how you may usually work! Having so much room available allows us to tailor the room to the course and event, giving everyone plenty of breathing room.
