First, head to your app store and search for ‘PROStylists’. Once downloaded, head to the app, then tap on the ‘Account’ icon in the top left-hand corner. Then, enter your email address. If you don’t have an account already, you’ll be given the option to create a new password. If you already have an account, enter your password. And that’s it!

Open the PROStylists App and head to the 'Education' screen. Scroll down to 'Online Courses' and select a course you’d like to join. Here, you can see more info about a course, including if you’ll receive a certificate and a badge. Hit 'Join' to start the course. Tap on 'Open step details' to begin the course. Once you’ve finished a step, mark it as complete to move to the next step. To view all the steps in a course, tap on the 'Content' tab. Then, select a section to view all of its steps. You don’t have to complete a course in one go. If you head back to the 'Education' screen or 'Home' screen, you can view your progress and continue the course at any time. At the end of the course, you’ll find the 'Complete' section, which contains a short Assessment, Marketing Plan and Downloads for you to use in your salon or on your social media accounts. Don’t worry if you don’t make the passing grade on your assessment, you always have the option to try again! Once you’ve completed a course, you’ll receive an email confirmation as well as a link to your digital certificate. You can also view your certificate by going back to the course and selecting ‘View certificate’ under the 'Rewards' heading. And if you’ve been awarded a badge, it will now be displayed on your Profile.

Open the PROStylists App and head to the 'Education' screen. Our In-Person Courses are separated by location under the 'In-Person Courses' section. Find a course you’d like to attend and select it. Here, you’ll find all the info you need for a course. Tap 'Show more' to see all the course details. Tap the 'Buy tickets' button, tap the + icon to add your ticket, then tap 'Next'. Once you’ve filled out the registration form with your details, added any coupon codes and accepted the Event Policies, tap 'Submit' and complete your purchase. You can then download your tickets and add your booking to your calendar. You’ll also be sent an email confirmation for your booking and a link to your tickets. You can also retrieve your tickets at a later date and add them to your Wallet app by heading to the course page and selecting 'View Tickets'.
