The method behind our madness! Thaianna (just call her 'T' if you're not too sure!) makes certain that all of our Education courses are up-to-date and on-trend, so that we can deliver the best Education in the industry to all of our lovely stylists! You can often spot her working hard behind her laptop at Out of Salon (or just look for the person with a bubbly laugh and a beautiful smiley face, there's a good chance that's her). She's the boss we all dream of having!

One of our in-house Technical Educators working predominantly at Out of Salon Studios, but you may find her visiting your salon. She's dead nice and smiley! Sam works hard behind-the-scenes in the office, researching and creating all our new courses! You can normally hear Sam before you see her, always around laughing and keeping us laughing too! Sam specialises in guiding clients through their grey hair journey and her enthusiasm for in-person education is seriously contagious!

A hard-working superwoman! Clare has her own salon in Cornwall and Education is the top of Clare’s list. She's always out travelling, visiting salons as an Educator, but also attending lots of courses herself. She loves to expand her own knowledge and be able to pass that onto everyone who wants to chat about all things hair. You can recognise Clare by her always gorgeous red lippy! She specialises in colour correction and absolutely loves a challenge!

Holly's salon is based in Bristol and has grown up within the hair industry. Possessing a passion passed down through generations, she is a master of all things hair! Our Hols is always smiling, she loves Education more than anything, and always keeps herself on trend with the brightest hair and nails and is proud of her quirky style!

Chaland specialises in bespoke colour services - he’s renowned for creating blondes, balayage and lived-in, low maintenance colour. Chaland started his decade-long career working in high profile salons in Brighton where he quickly established himself as a colour specialist gaining a technical colour diploma. He recognised he had a talent in providing the perfect hair colour and has continued to perfect his craft by attending multiple seminars, courses and shadowing the best colourists in the country.

Jessica loves hair and experimenting with different hairstyles and colours has been her passion since an early age. She thinks it is a super power, and a real confidence boost to reinvent yourself constantly through hair. She’s also a super smooth operator using The Crown Pro Treatments, so expect some stunningly sleek results!
