PHOTOS & VIDEOS
On the day of the course, we will have members of staff from the Marketing Team present in order to take photographs and videos. These photos and videos are used to market our courses and promote the PROStylists brand - amongst other uses. These may be used in print, on our website, or on our social media channels. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you grant us permission to use your images and videos for these purposes. No royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to you for the use of images that contain you.
For In-Person courses where Stylists are awarded a certificate, the name printed on said certificate will be printed as it appears on that user's Account on prostylists.co.uk. If you require a different name to be printed, you must notify us at least 5 days prior to the date of the course. To do so, email us on email@example.com and use 'Certificate Name' as the Subject line. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you confirm that you understand these terms. We cannot be held responsible for any typos or errors to how your name is printed on the certificate if it is misspelt on the user's Account. A reprint of a certificate with a different name or alternate spelling will be subject to a fee in order to cover the cost of the certificate, the frame and delivery.
For courses where lunch is provided by us, please get in touch and make us aware prior to the day of your course if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. We must be informed of your requirements at least 5 days prior to the date of the course. We hire an external catering company to supply our lunch buffets and therefore cannot guarentee that we will be able to cater to your requirements if this notice is not provided. To inform us of your requirements, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and use 'Dietary Requirements' as the Subject line. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you confirm that you understand these terms.
I'M SORRY I NEED TO CANCEL...
We all know things can unexpectedly come up, we are here to help as much as we can without it having an effect on the event.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Of course we would love to not have a cancellation policy but as you know from being stylists, if the client doesn’t arrive you have booked out your time for that client. For our events we have amazing educators booked, product, certificates printed & framed and of course the lunch!
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the Event date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund.
I CAN'T MAKE IT BUT A FELLOW STYLIST CAN?
You can’t make it but you would like to transfer your ticket to a friend... We are a laid back bunch and would love to meet more stylists! But we need to have 5 days notice before the event to be able to ensure the certificate name is correct.
WHAT IF I HAVE USED MY CSA PLACE?
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the Event date will receive the place back to their account.
Cancellations made within 7 days can transfer the name to another stylist.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive the place back into their account.
